Introduction

Hit the Road Dude AI (“we”, “us”) provides a photo-to-video studio that turns one adult or pet photo into a short private-property meme clip. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

• Account data — email address, name or profile details from email or Google sign-in, and a hashed password when you register with email.
• Media and generation data — uploaded photos, subject mode (Human or Pet), scene choice, aspect ratio, prompts or fixed scene instructions, task status, credit usage, and generated video links.
• Consent records — confirmation that you have permission to use the photo and that people pictured are adults when Human mode is selected.
• Billing metadata — pack or plan purchased, amount, currency, and payment status from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
• Device and security logs — browser type, approximate region from request headers, timestamps, and abuse-prevention signals such as rate-limit hashes.

Photos, Prompts, and Generated Videos

When you generate a clip, your photo and scene settings are uploaded to our storage and sent to the selected AI provider to process the request. Closing a browser tab does not delete an upload or a saved task.

Retention (default): uploaded reference photos are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after the related task completes or fails, unless a longer period is required for a safety investigation, chargeback, or legal request. Completed videos may remain in your account history so you can download them again; download a copy you want to keep. Media URLs may be accessible to anyone who has the link—do not upload sensitive documents.

To request earlier deletion of uploads, outputs, or account records, email support@hittheroaddudeai.co from your account address.

We do not sell your photos, use them as public marketing samples without permission, or use them to train our own foundation models. Third-party AI providers process media under their own terms.

How We Use Information

We use data to operate accounts, process payments and credits, generate and deliver clips, prevent abuse, answer support requests, measure product usage, and meet legal obligations.

Analytics and Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect checkout. Optional analytics (for example Google Analytics 4) load with analytics storage denied by default where configured; accepting analytics enables fuller measurement. Analytics events should not include prompts, raw filenames, payment details, or email addresses. You can change cookie preferences where the site offers them.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, storage, AI generation, payments, email, optional analytics), when required by law, or to protect users and the service.

Your Rights

Children

The service is for users 18 or older. Do not upload photos of minors. If we learn that we hold a minor’s photo or account data, we will take steps to delete it.

International Processing

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. Transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable law.
